Logistics Customer Service

Responsibilities:-

• Perform customer service in communicate with Customers for shipments arrangement.
• Liaise with warehouse, vendors and overseas agent for shipment update and movement
• Handle documents & in charge of billing whenever assigned by HOD
• Willing to accept any task assigned by management from time to time
• Applicant must be willing to work extra hour and under work stress

Requirements :-

• Preferably, at least one year working experience related to Freight Forwarding/Nvocc background would be an advantage.
• Fresh graduate from Diploma/Degree in Logistics study are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English
• Candidates fluent in mandarin speaking is preferred as the role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients and agents.
• Able to handle job with minimum supervision.
• Good personality, responsive and positive working attitude.
• Full Time position(s).
