1. Pre-Live Preparation 

1. Check that all equipment and tools in the live stream room are functioning properly.

2. Ensure that the live stream backend, product links, and inventory are operating smoothly.

3. Communicate with operations and the host about the live stream process, script, and other important details.

1. During Live Streaming 

1. Follow the live stream process and cooperate with the host for inventory changes, product listings, and other backend operations.

2. Assist the host with interactive shouting to enhance the atmosphere, and be proficient in basic shout-out content (e.g., product highlights, promotions, data guidance, encouraging orders, etc.).

3. In case of an emergency, temporarily substitute for the host by appearing or not appearing on the live stream.

4. Respond to audience questions in the comment section along with the host.

5. Handle basic technical issues during the live stream, such as screen freezing, out-of-focus, or audio problems.

6. Observe and record live stream data as required by operations.

1. Post-Live Tasks 

1. Record live stream data and assist operations in compiling the summary.

2. Review the live stream performance with the team.

3. Assist operations and the host with other tasks in the live stream room.

Daily Responsibilities 

1. Conduct weekly position review summaries.

2. Keep up to date with the latest TikTok operation rules.

3. Handle simple, real-time after-sales issues related to live streaming.

4. Maintain good communication and a positive work atmosphere with the team and other departments.
