f)  Ensure team and equipment are fully prepared and tested before each broadcast

1. Monitor real-time data (viewership, engagement rate, conversion rate, etc.) and make immediate adjustments 

2. Step in to address staffing gaps or emergencies during broadcasts 

1. Post-Live Tasks 

1. Conduct debriefs sessions with team members and compile post-live analysis reports 

2. Oversee short video scriptwriting, filming, and editing 

3. Develop localized promotion plans using TikTok ads to boost sales 

4. Manage and upskill live streaming team members 

Daily Responsibilities 

1. Continuously optimize live streaming "scene-product-presenter" dynamics to improve performance metrics 

2. Refine short video script elements to enhance traffic and account authority 

3. Stay updated on live streaming best practices and platform regulations 

4. Plan team workflow and schedule monthly/weekly live streaming calendars in advance 

5. Maintain effective cross-departmental communication and positive team dynamics
