Job Scope:

• Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields is an added advantage but not necessary.

• Possess good telephone etiquette with a pleasant voice.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively & social media savvy.

• We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• Maintain accuracy of information given to customers

• Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs

Requirements:

• Graduate / SPM with minimum of 2 years’ experience.

• Diploma and Degree Fresher, encouraged to apply

• Perform other task as assigned Customer Support.

• Supporting China, Hong Kong / Taiwan Customers.

• Basic computer skills

• Strong service orientation

• Willingness to learn additional products
