About the role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for data entry and inventory management? Globibo Sdn bhd is seeking a part-time Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of our company's inventory, ensuring efficient stock control and providing valuable insights to support our business operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Accurately input and update inventory data in our proprietary systems

  • Check “Available” Number of Items

  • Check Estimated Weight of the items.

  • Add the stickers missing on items.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless inventory management

  • Prepare the data in the format assigned.

  • Adhere to the rules shared in regards to the inventory Management.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a similar data entry/administrative role is an added advantage

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

  • Ability to understand the equipment details in the event industry.

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Ability to work independently.
