Intern Trainee - Recruitment (Near LRT + Allowance Provided)

Hello students ! We are hiring for HR interns to join us !

Job Details:

• Working hours: 5 days, 9am to 6pm, Mon to Fri
• On - job training given
• Fun and friendly working environment and free snacks
• Nearby LRT Station (IOI Puchong Jaya)
• RM700-RM900 +Commission+ Phone Allowance

👨‍💻Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and source for suitable candidates from our job posting portals (Financial Institutions, Manufacturing, Telco many more)
• Conduct phone interviews with job applicants
• Coordinate interview arrangements and follow-up results
• Conduct reference checks (when requested)
• Perform any ad hoc admin tasks

🤠Requirements:

• Diploma and Degree student from all relevant courses who is interested in HR
• Possesses a pleasant personality with a desire to learn Recruitment skills
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English & BM.
• Self-motivated personality and Team player
