Inspector of Work (Architectural) - 1 pax in KK & 1 pax in KM

1.    Conduct regular and thorough inspections of all architectural works at the project site.

2.    Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards.

3.    Monitor construction progress and report any deviations or non-conformance.

4.    Check quality of materials and workmanship used in architectural works.

5.    Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure clear understanding and proper execution of architectural requirements.

6.    Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordination meetings.

7.    Facilitate resolution of site issues related to architectural details and finishes.

8.    Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports.

9.    Maintain proper records of site instructions, inspection checklists, non-compliance reports (NCRs), and corrective action reports.

10. Review and endorse contractors’ shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and samples related to architectural works.

11. Ensure all architectural works adhere to safety regulations and environmental requirements.

12. Verify compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and authority requirements.

13. Provide technical advice and solutions to resolve architectural construction challenges.

14. Suggest improvements or modifications where necessary to enhance quality and efficiency.
