We are looking for a reliable and organized HR cum Admin Assistant to support both human resources and general administration functions. You will assist in recruitment, employee records management, and also handle office supplies, documentation, and daily operational support. Key Responsibilities Human Resources - Assist in recruitment process: posting jobs, arranging interviews, contacting candidates - Maintain and update staff records and personal files - Support onboarding and offboarding procedures - Track staff attendance and leave applications - Assist in HR events and staff engagement activities Administration : - Manage office supplies and stationery inventory -Handle incoming calls, emails, and documents - Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment - Arrange couriers, travel bookings, and company events - Prepare reports, memos, and simple documentation when required Job Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field - 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred (fresh graduates are welcome) - Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
