Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing until placement and after sales service
- Review and understand candidate activity, recruiting metric and process improvement opportunities
- Meet up clients to get a clear understanding of their objectives and specific hiring requirements
- Build and establish effective working relationships with clients and be recognised as trusted consultants by providing consultative guidance for all recruitment matters
- Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and shifts in recruitment methods to provide guidance and insights to both clients and candidates
- Conduct strategic sourcing activities to identify and attract active and passive candidates
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or any related field
- Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply
- Candidates from manufacturing or other industries who enjoy communication and are keen to explore a career in recruitment are also welcome
- Strong adaptability, commercial awareness, and a results-driven mindset
