Home Financing Consultant - Top Bank (Commission up 10k)

Job Summary:

You will play a vital role in promoting and supporting the home financing solution to potential customers. This role requires strong communication and sales skills to guide applicants through the financing process, working closely with internal teams and external property partners. You will also be responsible for ensuring proper documentation, timely follow-ups, and delivering excellent customer service.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and explain the financing scheme to walk-in and referred customers.
• Process and manage customer applications in compliance with the company's SOPs.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful applications.
• Provide regular performance updates to the Sales Manager.
• Escalate any issues or suspicious activity to the relevant authority.
• Work closely with the Company's branches, internal departments, and property developers.

🧠 Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in sales, property, or banking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on results.
