We are hiring an experienced Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations and deliver outstanding culinary experiences in Asian and Western cuisine. If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for food and a strong background in managing kitchen teams, we want you on board! Job Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food prep and final presentation Lead, train, and supervise all kitchen staff Manage inventory, ordering, cost control, and stock rotation Plan menus, develop new dishes, and ensure product consistency Maintain hygiene standards and ensure full compliance with SOPs Collaborate with management on kitchen goals, team planning, and outlet performance Handle recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of kitchen staff Job Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in a professional kitchen (restaurant, hotel) At least 3 years in a leadership role (Sous Chef or above) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Creative and passionate in food development (Fusion & Western Cuisine) Must have culinary-trained background, Typhoid & Food Handling Certification Ability to train and mentor junior staff What We Offer: Salary: RM4,500 – RM5,500/month OT Service Point Career advancement opportunities Join a passionate team where your creativity and leadership will be valued and rewarded.
