Company Overview
The company is a well-established professional service provider, offering a range of services including company secretarial and consultancy services.
Responsibilities:
- Input, update, and maintain accurate records and data in electronic or physical formats
- Assist with general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
- File documents, both physical and digital, in a structured manner.
- Assist with maintaining filing systems.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and correspondence promptly
- To submit documents to SSM.
- Other duties as requested
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills
- Languages:English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (added advantage)
- Willing to work in Klang, Selangor
- Working Hours:Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
