Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating installer to customer premises for installation
  • Communicate with customer to confirm on the installation date & time
  • Manage and coordinate assurance cases with wholesales partners
  • Collect & analyze the data to identify the current trends with potentials solutions for the business operations
  • Furnish necessary report and present to stakeholders

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in any relevant studies
  • Preferably with 1 years of relevant working experience
  • High excel proficiency and Analytics
  • Able to communicate well in BM and English
