About the role

BestFit Wellness (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team in Kota Kemuning, Shah Alam, Selangor. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored fitness programs to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each client's fitness level, health history, and goals
• Design and deliver personalised exercise programs that are safe, effective, and engaging
• Provide ongoing motivation, guidance, and support to clients to ensure they stay on track and achieve their objectives
• Maintain detailed records of client progress and make adjustments to programmes as needed
• Collaborate with other fitness professionals to share best practices and provide holistic client care
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our fitness services

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, preferably in a commercial gym or studio setting
• Certified Personal Trainer qualification from a recognised industry body
• Excellent knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively motivate and support clients
• Ability to design and deliver diverse exercise programmes tailored to individual needs
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
• Commitment to continuing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry trends
