Job Description

Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring quality service, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of restaurants, bars, and room service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as necessary.
  • Hire, train, and manage F&B staff; conduct performance evaluations.
  • Assist in manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize profitability.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure positive guest experiences.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors for quality and cost negotiations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of food preparation and service areas.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare reports for manager.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Proficient in MS Office and restaurant management software (e.g., POS systems).
  • Mandarin Speaker
