Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team in handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Maintain customer records and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and market research.
• Determine product requirements and customer needs, organize the preparation of product development task books, evaluate the explicit and implicit expectations of customers, communicate them within the company and ensure that the company's functions recognize its ability to meet customer requirements.  
• Responsible for the quality management of product sales and after-sales service. 
• Responsible for formulating contract review and service procedure documents and related work instructions.        
• Presiding over contract review and supervision of contract implementation.
• Strengthen after-sales technical services, pay attention to quality information tracking, timely.
• Feedback customer quality information to the quality department and cooperate with the quality department to analyses and process.
• Continuously improve the quality of after-sales service in combination with sales and technical service activities, collect extensive scientific and technological information, market and economic information and conduct statistical analysis of sales and customer satisfaction surveys on a regular basis.
• Open up new markets and new areas.
• Responsible for providing the corresponding management review input information. 

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a sales role.
• Knowledge of administrative and manufacturing procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL – MRP (Material Resource Planning) system is an added advantage.
• Experience in costing is an added advantage.
