Job Description:-
- Compile and prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports with accuracy and timeliness;
- Ensure all reports meet organizational standards and provide meaningful insights for decision-making;
- Analyze operational reports to identity trends, issues and areas of improvement;
- Execute action plans and initiatives as directed by Superiors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals;
- Communicate effectively with branch personnel to collect, consolidate and verify operational data;
- Maintain a consistent flow of information to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports;
- Arrange meetings for Superiors, ensuring schedules and agendas are well-organised;
- Attend meetings, take comprehensive minutes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders promptly;

- Ability to learn find out new information, expand knowledge and explore new ways of doing things;
- Knowledge academic skills in reading, writing and computation;
- Good communication skills including listening and speaking;

Requirement:-
- Possess Diploma or Degree in any related field;
- At least 2-3 years working experience in related field;
- Experience in data entry and reporting task;
