Available Positions: Youth Activities Counselor

Interview Method & Time: Once the application materials are submitted, candidates can wait for an online video interview with an interviewer from Disney Cruise Line's U.S. headquarters.

Job Requirements：

1. Language Skills：Fluent in Mandarin is required, Strong spoken and written English communication.

2. Experience：At least 18 months of recent experience working with children in fast-paced settings (e.g., recreation, resorts, daycare, classrooms), or 3+ seasons (minimum 3 months each) of overnight or day camp experience.

3. Education：Background in recreation, education, or a related youth-focused field preferred.

4. Child Engagement：Passion for creating fun, engaging programs and activities for children.

5. Health & Safety：Good understanding of health and sanitation guidelines when working with children.

6. Flexibility & Energy：Able to lead spontaneous, high-energy activities and connect with children of all ages.

7. Teamwork & Guest Focus：Strong team player, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Responsibility：

1. Provide program support and assistance by partnering with the Entertainment Host team

2. Facilitate and present small-scale activities independently or with other Youth Counselors, as needed

3. Perform meet-and-greet functions in the Oceaneer’s Club and Oceaneer’s Lab for children and parents on embarkation day, including a tour of facilities, overview of programs, and registration of children

4. Assist in facilitation of adult or family activities as scheduled; may include welcome line, game shows, crowd control, hosting a lounge, bingo, Port Adventures dispatch, or related

5. Assist in recreational activities on Castaway Cay as scheduled; may include boat rental, snorkel rental, and snorkel instruction, if applicable, based upon ship

6. Function as a Nursery Counselor as necessary
