Deputy General Manager-Aluminum Formwork & Scaffolding Industry

1. Operational Management: Take overall charge of the daily management, technical support, project delivery, material warehousing and other management work of the Malaysian company.

2. Channel Layout: Be responsible for implementing the overseas development strategy and business planning of the Malaysian company. Understand the current situation of the industry, plan and adjust the business network and sales channel layout of the group company, and carry out development and expansion.

3. Channel Development: Be responsible for expanding overseas business markets, exploring potential markets and customers, and fulfilling the sales tasks set by the group company. Conduct investigations and analyses of foreign sales markets, optimize sales plans, achieve the layout of channel planning, and assist in enhancing business sales volume, product distribution and stock placement.

4. Business Management: Be responsible for developing and maintaining overseas customer relationships and sales channels. Implement the signing of customer business contracts and service agreements, complete the collection of payment for goods, and follow up on matters such as the export declaration of goods.

5. Internal Coordination: Maintain good business communication with relevant departments to provide guarantee and support for the realization of annual sales targets and other plans.

6. Other temporary work tasks assigned by president.

Job Requirements:

1. Majored in International Trade, Business Administration, Marketing, etc., with a bachelor's degree or above.

2. Have good listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities in Chinese, English and Malay.

3. Be familiar with the sales, operation and management in the construction engineering industry such as China State Construction Engineering Corporation, China Railway Construction Corporation, curtain wall engineering, etc., and have overall management experience in a Malaysian company.

4. Possess good communication, expression, coordination and adaptability, as well as good stress resistance.

5. Have a good brand awareness, and those with experience in product planning and promotion are preferred.
