Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to join our team. As this role will primarily serve Taiwan / China customers, proficiency in Mandarin is required. Our office is centrally located, providing easy access to public transport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent support to customers across all communication channels.

  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively, following company processes and procedures.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.

  • Stay up to date with company policies and procedures.

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the maintenance, improvement, and effective implementation of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, or any relevant working experience related to customer service/communication is welcome to apply.

  • Experience in serving the Taiwan / China market or Mandarin-speaking customers will be an added advantage.

  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
