We are looking for a dedicated individual who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to join our team. As this role will primarily serve Taiwan / China customers, proficiency in Mandarin is required. Our office is centrally located, providing easy access to public transport. Key Responsibilities: Deliver excellent support to customers across all communication channels. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively, following company processes and procedures. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers. Stay up to date with company policies and procedures. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the maintenance, improvement, and effective implementation of TDCX’s Quality Management System. Qualifications: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken). Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, or any relevant working experience related to customer service/communication is welcome to apply. Experience in serving the Taiwan / China market or Mandarin-speaking customers will be an added advantage. Flexibility to work on a rotating shift schedule.
