Become a Customer Service Representative on Our Team

Banking Sector | Full-Time Role | Comprehensive Training Provided

We're seeking a customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a vital part of our customer service team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of incoming calls (approximately 80 calls per day)
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently and professionally
  • Promoting our latest campaigns and special offers to customers

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary of up to RM 4,000 (based on experience)
  • Attractive allowances, including:
    • Fixed Shift Allowance: RM 350
    • Quarterly KPI Incentives: RM 800 - RM 1,800

  • Fresh graduates with a degree are encouraged to apply
  • SPM and Diploma holders with call center experience are welcome
