Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer focused individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Customer Service Specialist. This position is specifically for the digital marketing industry with a focus on the Hong Kong market and Hong Kong customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality customer support via phone and email, addressing customer inquiries and issues related to their digital marketing campaigns.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital advertising.

  • Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.

  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to provide valuable support.

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the maintenance, improvement, and effective implementation of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field.

  • Prior experience in customer service or digital marketing is preferred; however, fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

  • Proficiency in Cantonese is required, as the role involves serving Hong Kong clients. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is also essential.

  • Experience serving the Hong Kong market is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear manner.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
