Customer Service cum Planner

Salary: 3,500 - 5,000 MYR

Job Description

  • Plan and generate delivery schedules.

  • Support the processing of customer orders and complaints.

  • Manage Estimated Time of Delivery (ETD) by tracking updates and keeping customers informed of any changes in delivery dates or technical updates during production stage.

  • Monitor and track all pending orders, as well as the pull-in and pull-out status, for each customer in the system.

  • Follow up on customer request and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely responses.

  • Other roles and responsibility assign by company.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.

  • Prioritization and planning skills.

  • Highly motivated and independent.

  • Experience in the manufacturing field.

  • Good communication and sense of urgency.

  • Able to network and work well under pressure.

  • Applicants must be willing to work in Penang, Bayan Lepas.
