Customer Service Associate (Global Semicon MNC)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer service/repair and calibration requests.

• Manage pick-up and transhipment activities.

• Analyze and respond to customer quotations.

• Manage service order closure.

• Trigger customer billings timely.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.

• Proficient in English and Japanese (Japan market).

• Basic IT/technology knowledge.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
