  • Download B2B PO daily and email branches for sales team further action.

  • Handle DC related tasks which involved upload/ key order in DMS, prepare fulfilment reports and set appointment if needed.

  • Answer phone calls and enquiries from salesperson, customers and drivers

  • Assist in e-commerce order and chats if needed and backup others admin task when necessary.

  • Check PO from salesperson daily and send to warehouse team for supporting document upon delivery arrangement.

  • Ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

  • At least have SPM qualification

  • Able to communicate in English and BM (Mandarin Speaker is an added advantage)

  • Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
