Foong Cheng Construction Sdn Bhd, a building contractor with a strong presence in multiple regions across Malaysia. Established in 2016, we have completed over 100 successful projects and counting.

Qualifications & experience

• Diploma or degree certificate in the construction field.

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the construction field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Familiarity with Glodon Taking Off software is a bonus.

• Able to work independently to maintain high standards and accuracy.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Prepare and submit the progress claim, and closely follow up with the client's QS to ensure the timely issuance of the payment certificate.

• Prepare the monthly subcontractor payment certificate.

• Perform the taking off measurement of drawings using Glodon Taking Off Software to generate the estimated material list.

• Request quotations from contractors and suppliers. Negotiate the best offer price with them to ensure that the projects are constructed within the allocated budget.

• Attend site progress meetings and Contract Coordination Meetings (CCM) and prepare the meeting minutes.

• Prepare the monthly progress report, as well as the Requests for Approval (RFA) and Requests for Information (RFI) to the consultant.
