Your Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven track record as a Project Manager, specifically within hospital construction.

• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and healthcare regulations.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving capabilities.

• PMP certification (advantageous).

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, budget, and timelines.

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to align designs with hospital needs.

• Rigorously manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutions.

• Proactively monitor project progress and provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to building codes and safety protocols.

• Effectively resolve project-related issues and conflicts as they arise.

• Work collaboratively with hospital staff to minimize disruption to daily operations.

• Ensure meticulous completion of all required documentation and permits.

• Conduct thorough project evaluations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• To ensure implementation of environmental (ISO 14001) and safety & health (ISO 45001) management system and insist adherence of environmental, safety & health policies and objectives in daily work activities

• Willingness to work extended hours when project demands necessitate.

Bonus Points:

• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, work methods, specifications, and shop drawings.

• Strong record-keeping and progress monitoring skills.

• Familiarity with common design requirements and good engineering practices (design office experience a plus).

• Knowledge of common construction materials.

• Understanding of JKKP, CIDB, CKAPS and local authority regulations and inspection procedures.

• Knowledge of environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent in healthcare construction company
