Working Conditions: - Plant Location: Simpang Halt, Taiping Perak - Full-time position: Monday to Saturday (8:00AM to 4:30PM) - Preferably MALE with age 35 years old and above - Preferably LOCAL as NO accommodation allowance will be provided About the role What you'll be doing Supervising and coordinating the work of plant operators, technicians, and labourers to ensure the timely and accurate production of concrete Monitoring equipment performance and initiating maintenance and repair activities as needed to maintain optimal plant operations Overseeing the quality control processes, including testing and inspection, to maintain product standards Managing inventory levels of raw materials and ensuring timely replenishment to support uninterrupted production Collaborating with the wider construction team to understand project requirements and deliver concrete to meet customer needs Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Providing training and development support to the plant team to upskill and enhance their capabilities What we're looking for Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a concrete production or similar industrial environment Strong technical knowledge of concrete production processes, equipment, and quality control procedures Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address operational challenges Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and production schedules Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction industry Vocational qualifications or certifications in construction, engineering, or a related field would be an advantage What we offer About us If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply now to join our team and be a part of our continued success.
