Job Description

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and draft documents, including circular resolutions and meeting minutes, as required.
  • Draft and submit statutory forms to the Companies Commission of Malaysia (SSM).
  • Maintain and update statutory records to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 2016.
  • Compile and organize meeting papers.
  • Provide support for all corporate secretarial and administrative functions within the department, including record-keeping, filing, document storage (soft copies), and preparation of meeting materials.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, or ICSA. Candidates currently pursuing CGI (ICSA) or CGQP (ICSA) programs are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of the Companies Act 2016, corporate secretarial practices, and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as familiarity with MyCoID, MBRS, eBos and Bursa Link Announcement Templates/ 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality, proactive attitude, and attention to detail.
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial work is preferred.
