Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Make outbound calls to delinquent customers to negotiate for payment.
- Receive inbound calls (which is related to unblocking of devices or recovery related matters) and to negotiate payment arrangement with the customer.
- To proceed with the unblocking request (if applicable/necessary).
- Update relevant systems on calls made and actions take for each customer.
- Communicating with customers via telephone, negotiating payment plans with owing customers, and enacting payment plans to clear their debts.
- Any other Ad-hoc matters.
Job Requirements:
- High School Certificate (or) Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- 1 - 3 years of strong and solid background in sales, customer service, or call centre service. Previous collection experience will be advantageous.
- Fluent in the English and Malay Language (written and spoken).
- Ability to recommend/negotiate payment terms.
