We are at an exciting stage of rapid growth and are looking for a visionary and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to help scale our operations globally, with a key focus on client acquisition and business development. Job Overview As COO, you will work closely with the Founder and executive leadership team to oversee BeED’s day-to-day operations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is a seasoned EdTech/SaaS executive with a proven track record in scaling tech platforms, generating revenue, and building long-term partnerships in the education sector. Key Responsibilities Business Scaling & Strategy Lead and execute strategies to scale BeED’s SaaS platform across key markets. Optimize internal systems and operational efficiency to support growth. Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to align operations with the company vision. Sales & Client Acquisition Drive aggressive sales targets through B2B/B2G partnerships. Lead enterprise client acquisition and channel partner development across Southeast Asia and beyond. Build and lead a high-performing global sales and customer success team. Partnerships & Network Building Leverage existing networks in the EdTech and education sectors to unlock new opportunities. Represent BeED at industry conferences, expos, and high-level client engagements. Leadership & Culture Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance. Mentor and develop senior management teams, ensuring alignment with company values. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: · Proven experience as COO or in a senior leadership role within a SaaS or EdTech company, with Edtech highly preferred. · Demonstrated success in scaling SaaS platforms, particularly in the education technology space. · A proven strong sales record with measurable & achievements in client acquisition and revenue growth. · Established network within the education/EdTech industry, including connections with institutions, government bodies, or international education partners. · Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, SaaS business models, and EdTech market dynamics. · Outstanding leadership, operational, and interpersonal skills. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred).
