CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Qualifications & Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business administration.

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is often preferred.

• Professional certifications like the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) can be advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Good knowledge and experience in MFRS and also compliance for listed company.

• Proven leadership experience in managing financial teams and operations.

• Experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, and risk management.

• Good knowledge and experience in implementing ERP System.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior management, investors, and external stakeholders.

• Strong leadership and management abilities.

• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements for listed company.
