Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of private limit companies clients.
- Prepare / review of resolutions and documents for lodgement at the relevant authorities and monitor compliance with submission deadlines
- Oversee daily operations of the respective team members and ensure all communications with clients are supported with proper documentation and responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Attend virtual meetings i.e. Board meetings, Annual General Meetings and others as required, and undertake preparation of meeting notice, agenda and minutes
- Ensure regulatory compliance in the corporate secretariat complies with the Companies Act, and any other regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Secretary, ICSA with a licence to practise, at least 3 years of company secretarial experience in medium secretarial service providers.
- Experience in Capital restricting, Conversion from private to public limited status, Shareholders’ agreements and ESOP,
- Knowledge of Companies Act, and other statutory requirements that are related to corporate secretarial functions
- Experience in administering services to private limited companies, and handling multinationals, regional offices and branch offices
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills that overcome challenges
- English language and business writing skills
- Able to work independently, lead and motivate a team of professional staff
- Meticulous, detailed and deadline-oriented
- Knowledge of MS Word and Excel
