About the Role: Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day calls and resolve queries promptly. Handle referral requests via telephone, WhatsApp, or email, ensuring high standards of customer experience. Maintain excellent relationships with insurance policyholders. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Skills Required: Excellent proficiency in English is a MUST in both verbal and writing. Ability to handle high-stress situations with patience and professionalism. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. High customer service mindset. Requirements: Team player who can work together with a big team. Versatile and adaptive. Preferred with at least 1 year of experience in a Call Centre/Contact Centre environment. Medical and/or health insurance knowledge is an advantage. Shift Requirements:
Must be able to work on Saturday alternately.
