Job summary:

  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

Role and responsibilities

• Handle all customer enquiries and requests from incoming calls, emails and live chats, in a timely manner.

• De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers in a calm and patient manner.

• Deliver an excellent level of customer service.

Requirements

• At least Form 5 qualification with minimum 2 years call centre experiences

• Ability to converse in English and one other language such as Mandarin.

• Ability to work on rotating shift basis.
