Branch Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our indoor swimming pool branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, marketing, selling, and communication skills to ensure smooth operations, achieve branch revenue targets while maintaining good customer satisfaction.

Responsibility

1)Operational Oversight: Ensure branch operations run smoothly and efficiently, including customer service, inventory management, facility maintenance, and scheduling. Prepare and submit regular reports to management.

2)Sales & Revenue Management: Monitor sales performance and implement various marketing & sales strategies to ensure branch revenue target is met.

3)Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring a high standard of service and achieving good customer satisfaction.

4)Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate branch staff, training & ensuring performance targets are met.

Requirement

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree holder from a recognized Institute in any field.

• Minimum experience of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a customer-focused or marketing environment.

• Able to communicate well in English, Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia.

• Caring, loving and willing to work with children and toddlers.

• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

• 5 days work. 2 days off day on Mon & Tues

• Work Venue (Mount Austin, Johor)
