Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons and units of work that challenge and stretch students across different age and ability ranges.

• Create an engaging and stimulating learning environment.

• Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Maintain accurate records of student assessments and progress.

• Foster positive relationships with both staff and students.

• Uphold the values and rules of the school.

• Communicate with parents regarding students' learning and progress.

• Participate in professional development activities to stay updated with current educational practices.
