Job Description
- Provide advice: Offer personalized recommendations for skincare, makeup, and haircare products.
- Demonstrate products: Show customers how to use products and apply makeup.
- Answer questions: Respond to customer questions and complaints.
- Process sales: Process customer transactions and returns.
- Build relationships : maintain customer relationship through follow-up call and email blast.
- Meet goals : meet sales target and contribute to the overall success of the beauty department.
Requirements: - Education: At least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
- Languages: Proficiency in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Experience: At least 1 years of experience in a beauty or sales-related field is preferred. However, we welcome candidates without prior experience who are eager to learn and grow!
- Skills: Strong sales ability, beauty service expertise, and excellent customer service skills.
- Teamwork: Able to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Appearance: Pleasant and professional appearance; good skin complexion is a bonus.
- Attitude: Sales-driven, with excellent people skills and a passion for beauty and business growth.
Benefits: - Basic salary depending on years of experience and capabilities.
