Position: Assistant Vice President, Regional Development
Salary: Up to RM 12000 (Based on work experience)

Must-have requirements:
 Bachelor's Degree in Education, Public Relations, Business Administration or any related field
 Experience working in talent development, education or leadership programmes preferred
 Must be willing to travel to East Malaysia when necessary

Job Purpose:
 Execute outreach activities to attract and engage local applicants for company's offerings
 Plays a pivotal role in driving the initiation, expansion and implementation of business initiatives in the Borneo region
 Identifying local talent and fostering leadership development aligned with business's strategic goals

 Organize and manage events such as seminars, workshops and training sessions in Borneo region
 Monitor the execution of events to ensure alignment with business's quality standard and strategic goals
