Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to standard operating procedures (front and back of house).
  • Lead and supervise service crew and kitchen staff during shifts, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Deliver excellent customer service; handle guest feedback and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Support staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and ordering of supplies.
  • Prepare and submit monthly operational reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Uphold restaurant cleanliness and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, initiative, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
