Key Responsibilities: Support the Park Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring exhibits, life support systems, and farm facilities are well maintained. Assist with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts to ensure sufficient coverage. Oversee farm cleanliness, safety compliance, and emergency preparedness. Assist in training new hires in SOPs, animal handling, safety procedures, and customer service. Conduct periodic staff evaluations and help create staff development plans. Support in ensuring high standards of animal health, husbandry, nutrition, enrichment, and welfare. Monitor animal behavior, health, and feeding schedules, and report any concerns to the Manager or Veterinary team. Assist in exhibit improvements and maintenance for animal comfort and visitor engagement. Assist in managing customer feedback and resolving complaints in a professional manner. Support educational activities, workshops, guided tours, and events. Ensure that farm rules and safety regulations are communicated and enforced. Assist with inventory management of supplies, feed, and materials. Help prepare reports on farm operations, attendance, incidents, and animal records. Ensure documentation and record-keeping are accurate and updated. Help organize and oversee internal and public events (e.g., festive celebrations, workshops, contests). Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed. Key Requirements: Minimum Diploma or Degree holder with 3-4 years’ experience in zoo, aquarium, farm park, animal care facility, or hospitality/attraction operations.
