Oversee laboratory operations, staff assignments, scheduling, result generation and reporting. Maintain laboratory equipment performance by following quality standards and troubleshooting procedures. Maintain lab supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying delivery order of supplies. Maintains laboratory productivity by following directions to workload and functional areas adjustments. Maintains laboratory quality results by participating in the external quality assurance program. Maintain laboratory information system, security and confidentiality. Undertake training for implementation of new procedures and protocols. Other roles that assigned by superior Need to have IKM Membership
