JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee and manage all phases of the construction process, from planning to execution and project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and on-site personnel, to ensure efficient and productive work.
• Monitor and control project costs, including materials and equipment, to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve any construction-related issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are progressing according to schedule and budget.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in construction management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction management, specifically in the main contractor industry, with a focus on high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with an emphasis on high-rise construction.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in project management software, such as MS Project, and familiar with construction-related software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to anticipate and mitigate potential project risks.

Working Days and Hours:

Monday – Saturday |  8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m
