Architectural Draftsman

Job Description:

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and elevations based on the architect’s design

concepts.

• Utilize drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) to create precise and clear construction

documents.

• Ensure all drawings and documents adhere to local building codes, regulations, industry

standards, and are organized, clear, and easily interpretable by construction teams and clients,

while assisting in the preparation of construction documents, including schedules, material lists, and technical specifications.

• Revise and update drawings as necessary to reflect design changes or client requests.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction

processes.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings and plans.

• Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and project documentation.

• Ability to interpret and follow complex technical instructions.

• Strong organizational skills to manage and track project documents.
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.

• Interested in architecture or construction industry.

• Portfolio showcasing technical drawings and architectural plans.
