JD: 1. Office environment management, procurement of office supplies, and coordination with property management. 2. Arranging employee business travel (hotel and flight bookings), and receiving visitors. 3. Basic document processing and expense reimbursement. 4. HR support: making phone invitations, arranging interview receptions. 5. Completing other related tasks assigned by superiors. Qualifications: 1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A bachelor's degree or above in administration, human resource management, or related fields is required. 2. Relevant experience and proficiency in Mandarin are preferred. 3. Proficient in using Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). 4. Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactiveness are required.
