Job Responsibilities · Coordinate and document incoming and outgoing shipments. · Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing goods. · Prepare shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, packing lists, shipping labels). · Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments regarding shipments and delivery schedules. · Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials, ensuring accuracy and quality. · Manage inventory records and update stock levels in ERP or inventory systems. · File and maintain shipping and receiving documentation for audit and compliance purposes. · Schedule pickups and deliveries and track shipments as needed. · Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing related to logistics operations. · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping/receiving area. · Support warehouse operations when necessary
