Admin Assistant (Warehouse)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform administrative tasks including filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning.

  2. Develop and maintain an organized filing system; regularly update and enforce office policies and procedures.

  3. Supervise administrative staff, delegate tasks to ensure efficiency, manage office supplies, and place orders when necessary.

  4. Assist in the preparation of routine reports.

  5. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members.

Requirements:

  1. Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  3. Minimum qualification of SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).

  4. Having at least 1 year of experience in warehouse is an added advantages.
