Activation & Operation Supervisor (Event Management - FMCG)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

·        Management of promoters

·        Event execution, recruitment, training and deployment

·        Provide support to client-based activities

·        Handle day to day operation duties in accordance to SOP

·        Manage logistics services

·        Collaborate with marketing team to ensure smooth execution of the projects

·        Event and promotional props setup and execution and breakdown

·        Report and Tracking

Working Schedule:

6 Working days

Time: 10am-6pm

Candidate Requirements:

·        Candidate must possess at least at least higher secondary/ STPM/ ‘A’ Level/ Pre-U in any field.

·        Preferably with FMCG background and skill in promoters’ recruitment and supervision.

·        Must be computer literate at least in MS Office Applications especially Microsoft Excel & Word.

·        Must possess own transportation and is willing to travel.

·        Innovative and outgoing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Strong in managing and coordination of multi-team tasks.

·        Responsible, diligent, and strong willingness to learn and improve with a positive attitude.

·        Have good motivation and a strong interest in the events industry.
