Accounts and Admin Execurive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at Raddish Technology Sdn Bhd in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records and supporting various administrative tasks.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and bank reconciliations

• Preparing financial reports and statements for management review

• Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant tax and labour laws

• Providing administrative support, such as managing office supplies, filing, and maintaining databases

• Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective operations

• Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar accounts and administrative role, preferably within the technology or IT industry

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, procedures, and financial software (e.g.: AutoCount Accounting system)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office suite, with advanced skills in Excel

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
