Account Officer

This is a full-time role that will be responsible for accounting tasks to support the financial operations of the business.

• Performing account payable - compiling vendors invoice and attachment for payment.

• Performing account receivable - receivable and accounts processing, billing thru accounting system to respectively entity and e-invoicing submission.

• To monitor and collect debt from AR listing.

• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.

• Maintaining detailed and organized accounting records and files.

• Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounts officer or accounts clerk role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles, practices and procedures.

• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

• Proactive, organised and able to work independently to meet deadlines

• Minimum SPM, fresh graduate with no experience is welcome to apply.
